1. About these terms
These terms apply to every quotation, order and design produced by 4 Eleven Fightwear. By submitting an enquiry, approving a mock-up or paying for an order you accept them.
2. Quotations
All items are made to order and priced individually — there are no fixed prices. A quotation is based on the product, quantity, artwork and delivery date you give us, and remains valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Where a required delivery date falls within three weeks of the enquiry, an express charge of £25 is added.
3. Artwork and approval
You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, all logos, sponsor marks and artwork you supply, and you indemnify us against any third party claim arising from them. Artwork quality is reviewed by our design team before production. Mock-up designs are final once agreed between 4 Eleven and the customer, and designs cannot be changed once payment has been sent.
4. Payment
Orders go into production once the quotation is accepted and payment is received. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices include VAT where applicable. Import duties for deliveries outside the UK are your responsibility.
5. Production and delivery
Production times quoted are estimates and run from the date the design is approved and payment received. We are not liable for courier delays outside our control. Risk passes to you on delivery.
6. Cancellations and returns
Custom items are made to your specification, so the statutory cancellation right for distance sales does not apply. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
7. Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
8. Company details and governing law
4 Eleven Fightwear is based at 58 Radulf Gardens, Liversedge, WF15 6AT and is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under number ZA863886.
