Who we are

4 Eleven Fightwear ("we", "us") makes custom fightwear for fighters, gyms and promotions. We are the data controller for the personal information described here. You can contact us at sales@official4eleven.com or write to us at 58 Radulf Gardens, Liversedge, WF15 6AT.

We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under registration number ZA863886.

What we collect

• Contact details: name, email address, phone number, gym or team name.
• Order details: designs, artwork you upload, sizes, quantities, delivery address and required dates.
• Account details: your login email and account activity such as quotes and orders.
• Payment details: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, and site usage.

Why we use it and our legal basis

• To prepare quotations and fulfil orders — performance of a contract.
• To respond to enquiries and provide customer support — legitimate interests.
• To take payment and prevent fraud — contract and legal obligation.
• To keep accounting and tax records — legal obligation.
• Optional analytics and marketing cookies — your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the service providers needed to run the business: our hosting and database provider, our email delivery provider, Stripe for payments, and couriers for delivery. We do not sell your personal data. Where data is transferred outside the UK or EEA it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and designs are kept while your project is active and for up to two years afterwards so you can reorder. Order and payment records are kept for six years to meet UK tax requirements. Account data is deleted when you close your account.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can also withdraw cookie consent at any time. Email sales@official4eleven.com and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Security

Accounts are password protected, artwork and design files are stored in private storage, and access to customer records is restricted to authorised staff.
